   The juice of an average sized lemon will be fine. Don't pick the smallest lemon in the store, or the largest one - go for the one in the middle.

   We don't advise you add sweeteners to the Kidney D-Tox tea. If you are fining it too bitter to drink, you can add more water, or use less herbs to make a slightly weaker brew.

   No, the kidney cleanse does not affect any of the nerves that control the bladder, however it can increase your urination, and if you have a very small bladder, you will find that you are going to the bathroom a lot.

   If you're going to the bathroom too often, take the cleanses twice a day instead of 3 times a day.

   Cayenne pepper is found in the spices section in the supermarkets. If you cannot find cayenne, you purchase it online with a company that delivers to your address. Do not use black or white pepper.

   For best results, do not space your cleanses too far apart. Our 30 day program recommends you space them 2 days apart, but if you have been eating healthily and not taking alcohol or nicotine, it is possible to do the kidney cleanse a month after the liver cleanse.
