Wholesale & Practitioner Accounts

Thank you for considering the Biotanical Health’s products for your practice.

We welcome medical and alternative health practitioners to apply for a wholesale practitioner account with Biotanical Health, which entitles you to a 25% discount on all our products, excluding kits.

In order to be approved, you will need to be engaged in a profession that requires a licence or certification, such as medical doctors, pharmacists, nurses, acupuncturists, nutritionists, herbalists, kinesiologists, reflexologists, or other similar professions.

In addition to this, you will also need to be intending to supply our products to your clients, as we do not offer discounts to practitioners who join the program to purchase products for their own personal consumption.

How To Be Approved As A Practitioner

Please print out and complete the Practitoner Application Form, and fax or mail it back to us with a copy of your licence or certificate. We will review your application and faxed licence or certification and approve your account within 10 business days.

Once we have reviewed and approved your practitioner application, we will send you a practitioner “welcome email” containing instructions on how to place wholesale orders with us. Please make sure your email address is accurate on the application form, so we can email order confirmations and send tracking details of your future shipments.

How To Place An Order

Once your application is approved, you can place an order:

  • Online via any of our websites – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • By email, by telling us which products you would like to order, and we’ll charge the card we have for you on file


  • Our Practitioner Wholesale discounts are 25%
  • There is an order minimum of $1000
  • No discounts are available on kits
  • You must pay for your orders via Visa, Mastercard, or Paypal
  • We can ship orders directly to your clients at no additional cost, simply use your customer’s address as the shipping address, and your own address as the billing address
  • You cannot sell our products to your clients lower than the prices stated on our website
  • You cannot advertise our products to the general public via your website or third party websites, although the use of affiliate links are permitted
  • All orders are subject to USPS shipping costs, dynamically calculated based on total weight and location
  • You are responsible for any shipments that are denied by customs, please note that your customers are liable for any duty charged on orders
  • You are responsible for any returns your customers want to make
  • If you would like to return a product, our return policy applies
  • All email orders will be shipped to the address we have for you on file, and will not be shipped anywhere else
  • You cannot process Practitioner orders via telephone

Due to the high volume of applications, we will be unable to accept practitioners who have never placed orders with us in the past.
