How does Biotanical Health’s affiliate program work?

After being approved to join our affiliate program, you will be given your own unique affiliate ID. We will also provide access to marketing materials such as banners, product images, articles, and text links, with your affiliate ID automatically embedded into the code.

This allows you to paste the code into your website, and our system will track your clicks and sales in order to calculate your commission.

Do I need to have a website to join?

Part of our approval process is to review your website, so to be approved, you need to provide us with the url of your website, and any other websites you intend to use to promote our products.

What information do I need to provide in order to join?

Our registration page outlines the information you need to provide in order to join. Please make sure to complete the form with up-to-date, complete and accurate information about your identity, website and email address.

Questions about commissions

How can I earn commission?

By pasting any of our links with your affiliate ID on your website, any customer who visits our site via your link and makes a sale will earn you commission.

How much commission can I earn?

You can earn 25% on every sale you refer. This does not include shipping costs.

What if one of my visitors doesn’t buy on his/her first visit?

Your affiliate link will store a cookie on the customer’s computer, which will contain your affiliate ID. If the customer buys from us within 30 days of first visiting our site via your affiliate link, you will be credited with the sale.

Are commissions still valid if a customer sends the product back?

If a customer asks for a refund, or charges back on any of the transactions you’ve earned a commission for, we will deduct the commission from your affiliate account. It will show up as a minus credit, and will reduce the amount you earn the following month.

How do I know the commission payments will be accurate?

It is in our best interests to pay our affiliates commissions on all sales referred, as we want to build a long-term profitable relationship with you.

Will commissions be automatically added to my account as soon as an affiliate sale has been made?

No, all commissions will be reviewed for validity, and will need to be manually approved before you will be able to view them on your account. This can take 1-2 working days.

Questions about payments

How much money can I make?

The amount you make each month is entirely dependent on your level of activity, the volume of traffic you generate, and the quality of visitors you send us via your affiliate link. This means researching your market, and only promoting products you think your customers will want to buy.

Is there a minimum amount I need to make in order to get paid?

No. every month we will send your commissions, regardless of how much you have earned.

How can I keep track of my payments?

Your affiliate account contains full details on how much you have earned. You will also be notified each time you make a sale.

When do I get paid?

We pay out commissions once a month, around the 15th of the month. This of course, excludes weekends and public holidays.

How do I get paid?

You get paid via check or paypal.
